Exchanges and Returns

You can only make exchanges once the product is in your possession, not before. In other words, after making the purchase, you must wait until it reaches your hands to initiate any type of exchange or modification. There is a period of 3 hours after the purchase to cancel or annul the order.

It is strictly forbidden to make any changes or modifications to ongoing and processed orders, meaning purchases that have not yet been dispatched. We emphasize responsible buying, as our policies do not include money refunds except in legal cases or errors on the part of Bellaterra.

After the purchase is made, you have 30 consecutive days to make an exchange, except for Earrings which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, even if the customer claims not to have used them. The previous period may be altered by exceptional situations, in which case it will be extended based on good judgment to protect the customer's right to exchange and warranty. The product must be new, unused, in good condition, and, if applicable, with its corresponding labels or codes.

If you want to make an exchange, the actual price paid is taken into consideration. If during those days the product changes its price or was purchased when it was on sale, the difference must be paid to reach the current price of the new product you want to exchange, unless the reason for the change is the size of the same product, in which case the sale price will be respected.

It is worth mentioning that our policies include a money-back guarantee for regret or any other circumstance, which can be claimed up to 10 days after receiving the purchase. To make exchanges or returns, you must send an email to CONTACTO@BELLATERRASHOP.COM.MX. We will inform you of the steps to follow by responding through this means, which mainly consist of making the exchange through shipments, the dispatch costs of which are borne by the customer. This does not apply to earrings due to hygiene policies.

If it is verified that the product you want to exchange contains damages, signs of use, or does not meet any other exchange requirement, it will be returned to the customer at the provided address.

The maximum period from when we receive the exchange until it is sent again is 10 business days.

It should be noted that both the shipping cost of the exchange and the re-shipping cost of the new product must be covered by the customer unless the exchange or return was due to the responsibility of Bellaterra Inversiones México S de RL de CV; in that case, such shipping costs will be covered by our company.
