Before making your purchase, it's important to read our Terms and Conditions. Once completed, we assume that the information provided has been read and accepted by the purchaser.

SECTION 1 - PUBLISHED PRICES

The prices displayed on the website comply with the Consumer Rights Protection Law. However, the company reserves the right to make changes to offers and prices without prior notice. This does not apply to ongoing orders. To make a purchase on our website, you must be 18 years or older or act on behalf of a legal representative.

If there are price differences for two identical products displayed on the website, the lower price will be honored. Finally, there may be slight price differences compared to products displayed in physical stores, in which case the above rule will not apply in any way.

SECTION 2 - GIFTCARDS AND DISCOUNT CODES

GIFTCARDS: It's important to note that GiftCards have a full guarantee and are also covered by Consumer Law, so they have the same consequences as a regular purchase.

DISCOUNT CODES: These will NEVER BE ACCUMULATIVE with other promotions, discounts, or free shipping, except for exceptional cases of accumulative discounts such as Prize Wheel or newsletter subscription that provide additional discounts on already applied discounts and are communicated in advance through our communication channels. If a code is applied to a discounted product, it will not be valid, respecting the higher discount listed, except for the exceptional cases explained earlier. On the other hand, if a customer, knowing that a product is discounted and applies a code to it, they can choose a money refund.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING

  • NATIONAL SHIPPING: Dispatch is available throughout Mexico.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Paying with Paypal or Credit Card and sending the purchase through FEDEX PRIORITY OR DHL. It should be noted that the actual product value is declared, and the customer is responsible for paying any additional charges in their country.

BELLATERRA INVERSIONES MEXICO S DE RL DE CV WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR IMPORT OR OTHER CHARGES.

  • SHIPPING TIMES: Each purchase made on our website will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the confirmation of your purchase. The previous period does not apply to periods explained in the next paragraph.

  • SHIPPING TIMES DURING PROMOTIONS, HOLIDAYS, OR MASSIVE DISCOUNTS: During periods of massive discounts, promotions, Christmas sales, or E-COMMERCE events such as CYBERMONDAY, CYBERDAY, among others, the period may be extended up to 8 business days from successful payment receipt. However, we aim to send as soon as possible for you to enjoy your purchase.

Additionally, shipping times may be altered by exceptional situations beyond our control, such as national disturbances, States of Emergency, Wars, National/International Health Crises, among others. If, after 15 business days from the purchase date, the order has not been dispatched, the customer can request a refund or negotiate some form of compensation while retaining the purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the product on time and within the stipulated time by the mentioned courier companies.

Bellaterra Inversiones S de RL de CV will not be responsible for the loss or return of the product by the Courier due to not having timely withdrawal at the branch or not receiving at the address. Nor will our company be responsible for the loss of the product due to incorrectly and/or incompletely provided data.

Bellaterra Inversiones S de RL de CV will only be responsible for the loss of the purchased product when it is the exclusive responsibility of the shipping company. In that case, the same product will be sent subject to stock, exchange, or a refund. This does not apply in the case of making changes, only to purchases.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

Our store is 100% online, so exchanges are carried out remotely through shipments.

Exchanges can only be made once the product has arrived at your location, not before. In other words, once the purchase is made, you must wait until it reaches your hands to initiate any type of exchange or modification. There is a window of 3 hours after the purchase to cancel or annul the order.

It is strictly forbidden to make any changes or modifications to ongoing and processed orders, meaning purchases that have not yet been dispatched. We emphasize responsible and safe buying.

After the purchase is made, you have 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase to make an exchange and 10 days from the date of receipt to request a money refund if the product does not meet your expectations.

Earrings/Hoops, which, for hygiene reasons, CANNOT BE EXCHANGED under any circumstances, even if the customer claims not to have used them. They also do not entitle the customer to request a money refund.

The previous period may be altered by exceptional situations, cases in which it will be extended based on good judgment to protect the customer's right to exchange. The product must be new, unused, in good condition, and, if applicable, with its corresponding labels and/or codes.

If you want to make an exchange, the actually paid price is taken into consideration. If during those days the product changes its price or was purchased when it was on sale, you must pay the difference up to the current price of the new product you want to exchange, unless the reason for the exchange is due to the size of the same product, in which case the sale price will be respected. There is a maximum limit of 2 exchanges per invoice.

We will inform you of the steps to follow by responding through this channel. Once the product reaches our hands, it will be checked to ensure that it is indeed unused, undamaged, with its original packaging, and its respective labels if applicable.

If it is verified that the product has damages, signs of use, or does not meet any other exchange requirement, it will be rejected and returned to the customer at the address provided through the courier company indicated.

The maximum period from when we receive the exchange until it is sent back is 10 business days.

Both the shipping cost to us for the exchange and the shipping cost of the new product must be borne by the customer, unless such exchange or return was due to the responsibility of Bellaterra Inversiones México S de RL de CV, in which case such shipping costs will be covered by our company.

WARRANTY AND SECURE PURCHASE

All our products are covered according to the legal warranty established in the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

Thus, if your product presents faults within 2 months (60 days from the date of purchase), you can choose one of the following options:

a) Opt for the product exchange.

b) Request the free repair of the same.

c) Ask for the return of the amount paid for the product.

Bellaterra Inversiones México S de RL de CV will opt for any solution chosen by the customer, reaching the best agreement for a prompt solution to the problem. It is important to note that the warranty mentioned above only applies if the customer has not incurred fault or negligence in the use and care of the product or the cause of the failure is due to natural wear and tear.

Thus, damages caused by improper use of the product are excluded from all warranty: breakage of necklaces or chains due to pulls or external force, scratches, bending, or breakage of ring bodies, hoops, and any piece of our jewelry.

Also excluded is any breakage of stones due to falls, crushing, or external pressure on the product, as well as the natural darkening of silver due to use, contact with air, pH of each person's skin, among others that result from a completely normal process. The above is merely illustrative and does not follow taxative reasons or causes that imply exclusion of the product warranty, so there may be more. This will be evaluated under good judgment and diligent reasoning.

Consequently, if your product has presented faults, we ask you to diligently consider the real reason for this since, as a company, it will be sent to one of our workshops to discover the exact reason why the product has failed. Thus, if it is established that the reason for the failure is due to the fault or negligence of the customer, the application of the legal warranty will not proceed, and the purchase will be returned through the courier indicated by the customer.

  • Example 1: If you have received a chain in perfect condition and it gets tangled or breaks due to external force, the legal warranty does not apply since it is a reason beyond our sphere of attributions and/or responsibilities. Our masters are trained to identify when a chain breaks naturally or due to external force, so we demand complete transparency when explaining the reasons for the failure.

  • Example 2: If you have received a ring in perfect condition and it is crushed or bent due to external force, the legal warranty would not apply for the same reasons as the previous example. Keep in mind that Silver is a relatively soft metal depending on the alloy and form given to it. Therefore, you must be careful in its use, especially if you acquire a minimalist or delicate design.
